Executive Youth Leadership Summit

Former Congressional staffer Chonya Davis Johnson founded the Executive Youth Leadership Summit (EYLS) in 2004.

The EYLS is hosted annually, on the first Saturday of May in Washington, D.C. at the United States Capitol.  The summit is generously supported by Members of Congress and led by Friends of Chonya Johnson, who are leaders and public servants from congressional offices, federal/state agency employees and charitable organizations in the Washington DC Metro area, Louisiana and Texas. 

Our purpose is to promote leadership development and provide resources which will enable all youth the opportunity to reach their full potential.
